I don't believe that you can import an obj with tex Ibelieve that the 3ds imports with the color . For a tex right click on the ball that shows your material(edit materials) click mapped picture and import your tex. remember itneeds to be rotated 180 and flipped/mirrored. Marge That is how I do it though there could be an easier way. If it works I use it.
