the previews pages are extremely slower than the subs site because they have banners (not any at the subs area) PLUS heavy graphics of big previews of all items of each update! I have found over the years that what affects your downloading speed is the in between servers of your ISP as well as where you are downloading from and at what time! I don't have trouble at home myself at a 56k modem and the majority of other members don't either... there are a few exceptions of course as well, not so lucky ones!.. but there's no way we can cover all! :O) Rena
