Subject: Canvas like texture!!!

Just a suggestion, or at least a tip that might help. If you have a flatbed scanner, you can scan any paper, canvas, cloth or whatever object you want to use as a texture.

Just scan, or convert the file to grayscale and save it with a .psd extension. Then from the texturizer drop down menu select load texture, and browse to the file you saved.

This way you can create custom textures, so that your work doesn't look like the canned pre-fab stuff that is often associated with the preset filters.

Oh one last thing... The image you save as a texture should have a fair amount of contrast, but not so much that it has to much plain black and white.
