I have got 256 MB of RAM and I get the same error with a 38.4 MB file, but that was only to trie out what your problem might be. I think it is the following: I checked my RAM and it was down to 0 bytes free. So the problem is probably beeing out of RAM. And you have 128 MB (if i am right) so I think buying extra RAM or breaking up your mesh in several parts and exporting these to smaller files might be a solution. If you import them one by one and reassamble the object in Bryce you might be able to import the model.
