You can access Photoshop style 2D image filters + plugins in the Terrain Editor, under the Filtering tab. With that screen up, under the right bottom corner of the right-hand smaller square is a small arrow to click on. There, you can access the Plug-in folders. (See attacked pic)

This allows 2d alterations of your -terrain's g2h pic-. You can make some interesting terrain effects with these.
