Marque, it wasn't directed at you, it was directed at individuals (and we all know some) who use "customer service" as an excuse to harass, humiliate and embarass those in "service" positions. I've dealt with the public for more years than I care to remember. Most customers are understanding, fair individuals. But there are always those who think that because they're spending a few dollars it gives them the right to intimidate and manipulate the situation and the "service" personnel. It does not. I admire most of the merchants here and elsewhere, if it were me, there'd be at least one "customer" body drawing flies g One or two more "Rena's" giving them back their own would probably even up the score a little.
