I believe that there is a "no nipples morph" for guys, which ought to help him look less like he is wearing paint... although there is nothing wrong with paint on a nicely muscled body. You'll probably want to smooth out the belly-button, too. Otherwise, some wise-cracking villainess will point and announce, "ooo-o-h, LINT!" in a loud voice... and while everybody is staring in shocked horror at his navel, she'll detonate the Terwillich Device and skedaddle.
