If you need a loose t-shirt, why don't you simply take the turtleneck (or similar mesh) and make a transmap to cover the neck and cut off the sleeves. A bump map would help fir close-ups but otherwise wouldn't be needed if you have a decent texture map. Using the various types of maps is explained in the manual, and you can get so many different looks from a few basic articles of clothing.
