Certainly, but not only with Poser. A good animation does not use a lone program but a collection. I am sure that Poser was use in the animations you talk, but not for the rendering part. Professional animation use for the rendering ray-tracer BMRT (used for Final Fantasy on 200 SGI and 1000 Linux machines). Others use Renderman from Pixar. Most of the animation are post processed. Just in example in my gallery follow the link, the image have been create with Poser only. That image was rendered in 70 seconds. After for testing purpose I generate a rib file from poser to make the render in BMRT. After 10 minutes a got the image. A do another test with the same file but that time I use the radiosity option. The image (shows in this thread) take lees than 22 hours. To have better result you need to render in ray-tracer. But do be affraid is people do it count the time need in month. Guy P.S: As you see I am not able to use correctly BMRT yet. LOL
