Have you contacted Codetwister, visited the site, and read any docs?! Does your list of updated software include Internet Explorer? Have you updated all your hardware drivers?! Have you called your computer manufacturer? So far no one else has this problem, so it leaves us to wonder what is different about your setup that might cause the problem. Ron
