Darlisa, I wish you all the best. Don't you hate it when you build a computer, and have no one else to ask for tech support? I get overwhelmed at my house sometimes. I run a small network for my wife and myself.. and geesh, I don't know it all, grin. Do you have an antivirus program? Which one is it? Have you updated that? You might consider the CNet Catchup site. You can give permission to have your computer scanned, and see what updates are available. I think it is both hardware and software. Good luck!
