The heads are spot reduction and out-and-out retriangulation. Notice that V-Lo has a different forehead setup than her older sister. Also notice that the dimple has virtually the same number of polys in both versions; you couldn't carry it off with any less. Some of the face dials have been renamed to match P4 convention, too: my basic Vic1 faces return the error you get applying one figure's faces to another, and a set of female faces for P4 do not.
