Sounds like the 4.03 update problem to me, as well. I had trouble with the mats that I bought from their site (when I downloaded her). For some reason, they caused Poser to lock up. I resized them (smaller) and had no more problems. I Steph your first Millenium figure? If so, it might be a memory problem. They do require more resources than the standard poser figures. eric
