Attached Link: http://www.xenofex.com/xenofex/xenofex_main.html

I use Xenofex. It comes with 16 filters and 160 presets... There is a filter in it called "stain" with parameters that you can set for:

a) edge width
b) irregularity
c) internal opacity (%)
d) stain color

some of the presets already included in the stain filter are:
coffee
dried blood
inner glow
mildew
ragged edges
red wine
rust spots
spilled ink
spattered paint
torn construction paper

there is a demo available on the site, but in the demo version, 2 of the 16 filters are fully functional: Crumple and Stain.

You will be able to preview, apply and save effects on your work using these two filters. The other 14 filters you can preview, but not apply or save, their effects.

give it a try, it's worth the money.

hope this helps,
s
