I used to use a similar program, Poser Loader. However, I'm very specific on where I put my files, especially textures. If you associate your .cr2 files with a text editor, you can simple double click them to see where the .obj file goes (it's usually listed within the first few lines). I used to not worry about where everything went, until my textures were all over the place, which drove me crazy.
