CR2Edit6 (in beta) has a Project Packager that gathers up the needed files, allows you to add extras (such as PZ2's), creates a standard ReadMe, then zips it all up. Seems to me there is a standalone utility that does most of this also, but maybe it was just someone talking about making one.
