Parodies are protected under the first amendment and Presidents give up their privacy when they enter the oval fish bowl. They become "a public figure", and lose a few rights when they gain those extra privileges. You can buy bobbing head car toys and sneering Halloween masks with Bush's features (advertised in national catalogs), so I don't see why there would be any problem with a mesh. Carolly
