Poser is looking for the texture "Silver Reflect.jpg" in your RuntimeReflection Maps folder. Load one of the PICT files from that folder into Photoshop and resave it as a JPEG with the appropriate name.

And it is great, isn't it? Looks just like the classrooms in the Tenchi and Nuku Nuku cartoons.
