Hi Tom - You've got the latest version of UVMapper Classic, but the tutorial was written for an older version. The new version has all of the features of the previous versions, but some of them have moved (sorry about that, I really need to find the time to update those tuts.) For example, what used to be "Edit->Settings" and check "Color by Group" is now "Edit->Color->by Group". Until I get the chance to update the tuts, please try looking for the options in your version.
