Some time back he cobbled a texture for Dork (Dork is the affectionate nickname for the basic P4 Nude Man model that comes with Poser 4) - It's not very accurate, and doesn't include the head, but may serve for your project - Certainly within your budget  Clicking on the download link will display the bump map on your screen - you can Right-Click on the image and save it to your hard drive. Make note of where, and move it to the poser-Runtine-Texture folder. THEN start Poser and load the Dork. you can assign the Preston muscle texture via the Render->Materials popup called Surface materials.
