We try not to, but we also like to keep things professional and deliver a quality site. appreciate the remark. :) So far, we have determined that the program we use had some sort of "hiccup". Clicking on an option that was originally turned off. The option was: Adding a Front Page to the text letter. For whatever reason as yet, undetermined, the program turned the option back on, resulting in the present SNAFU! Again, i sincerely apologize for the inconveince this as caused to all of you. SO VERY SORRY! ed
