In a word, WOW! You've really done some work! I'm currently using Poser/Max/AfterEffects for a part in a music video. I know how much time can be spent on the smallest details! When I played the video, I had no sound. Music/SoundFX will obviously enhance your work. Your animation did look a little stiff, except the Man doing the diving roll at the edge of the cliff. Was that a BVH? What I do is get my animations where I want and render a test. 320x240, no shadows or blur, I get a quick render of the motion. It really looks good, Can't wait to see the finished product!
