Hi There is a fluorescent strip light in the Bryce 4 presets and could you not use a negative light for a "blacklight"? As for a telephone pole with wires - I don't know of one that exists but the pole can't be too difficult and the wires could be either an imported object piped from a path or just a half torus( you could hide the joins with a bit of a transistor type thingie??)
