The only way I know is with some cr2 hacking in a text editor. You need to change the internal names of the parts you don't want to conform, so they no longer match the target parts. Even then, weird things happen and sometimes they keep conforming anyway or try to conform to a different body part. I can usually get partial conformers to work eventually but it's not something you want to take on unless you understand figure making pretty well. An easier thing to do would be to set up the pose of your target figure, then adjust the pose of the conformer to be what you want. The end result is the same.
