How did you export the poser model? (Do you export it as an OBJ?) Did you use the smooth tool on it? (the little "E" bottom). If you are using Poser 4 there is no problem with it. I have had that problem with Poser 3 exports too. You can fix it when you use a spot light to the figure (that is what I have done with Poser 3 figures - and it works fine for me).
