Aiko can already switch genders with the altering of just two dials. So the software does exist. Since Aiko uses the Stephanie geometry which, in turn, uses the Michael 2 geometry, I can't fathom why a similar function can't be applied to a more "normal" physique. Hmm, actually, I can.
