I noticed the size-discrepancy quirk with Morph Manager last night. I used MM4 to remove some morphs from WarriorDL's Yoda figure, saved the .cr2, and the resulting file was 1.16MB (down from 1.63MB). Then I added new morphs in Poser, saved the .cr2 to the Library, and the final file was 858KB.
