Depending on your resolution, you can open all the toolbars side by side or below one another and move them around. Its an undocumented feature and I remember doing it. That said, I don't have it written down and haven't done it in a year or so. Sorry for the bait and switch, but it was on a thread back in the B4 days here on 'osity.
