Animate --> Make Movie Sequence type: Image Files Resolution: Full Quality: Current Render Settings Time Span: Start: 0:0:0:0 Time Span: .End : 0:0:0:0 This will give you a 1-frame render (a single image), at whatever resolution you specify in Animation Setup. Poser saves to file as soon as it's done rendering.
