jchimim, Title that "Sowing Wild Oats", make sure that the bowl is a pinkish tan and for the thumbnail focus on the lower curve of the bowl against a white tablecloth (so that it would strongly resemble a person's bottom against a sheet). A nice bumpmap on the sheet/tablecloth would give a hint of elegance. For the main picture, pull back and show a hand over the bowl of oatmeal, gently shaking a spoonful of brown sugar or some such.
