heyas; the head's children bend and the head doesn't when the jp bend X is backwards. remember to point the green end towards the child, not the parent. to keep the ears from fanning out when the head bends, they must be completely between the red arms of the bend X control. your feet are having problems bending, because you modelled them bent. er, having problems UN-bending. try putting the center of the bend X towards the rear part of the bend (the wrist/ankle). you might also turn on 'apply bulge,' bend (or un-bend) the leg, and then play with the dials, to see if that helps. there's a quickie jp explanation in my tutorials section, and a how-to for doing the eye jps. you might find them helpful. :)
