Massive Mike and Musclebound Mike will work easily with Tailor. Volupuous Vicky and Steffy Stax are a little more complicated, because their morphs are based on magnets not MTs. You would need to load VV, get the body shape you want and then select each body part in turn, and spawn a morph target (Object Menu -> Spawn Morph Target). Give each MT a recognisable name. Then resave the .cr2. Import the new .cr2 into Tailor, and the new MTs can be transferred across to whatever clothing you like. (There is an easier way: Wyrmmaster's "Fitting Room" does the job for you. Of course, you have to pay for that.)
