I have no other problems with their site, even managed to download most of Questor's guns/holsters without difficulty, but haven't seen hide or hair of the voucher from the survey. Sure it'll arrive in time, though. They monitor this list, too, so they'll probably be on top of problems. Most, anyway, can't speak to Greybro's problems.
