This problem with "Not Specified" is this: how many people would be lazy and just leave it that way? Kind of defeats the purpose of all this, doesn't it? As far as the problems, any new system like this is likely to have a bug or two in it. I'm sure they'll be fixed soon. Unfortunately, they set this up right before the weekend, and I'm sure even the admins like to do more on a summer's weekend than sit in front of their computers. Give them a little more time. And as far as setting "Non-Commercial" as the default: as others have said, it was the wisest, most ass-covering choice. Had they done the reverse, we'd still be having this same thread, just with different names...
