Subject: Probs with the DAZ voucher?

dona_ferentes ( ) posted Mon, 24 June 2002 at 12:09 PM · edited Fri, 29 November 2024 at 12:39 PM

Hi. Has anyone else had problems with the free Daz voucher, or is this just another instance of my usual 'luck'? :) Every time I try to use it, I get a message that I've entered an invalid voucher number. I'm trying to get the morphing glasses - they're an original DAZ product, so the voucher should apply. Anyone else having probs, or is it just me? John

Call DAZ3D at 1(800)267-5170 > ask for sales first then ask the them to "mark" the specific item for the voucher. It works instantly when done. I got the Millenium teeth that way with my voucher. Alex

Erm... That would be a very expensive call, from where I live!! I'll see if I can do it by email. Thanks, Alex.

I couldn't use the voucher on the Millennium Teeth, but it worked on Stephanie's textures.

I think sending Daz an email will have to do for us outside the US, I'd like the small collection of soft objects dangling between my legs to stay there, I start phoning international numbers my wife is liable to cut them off :) Rob

Remember to put it in the top box, never worked for me until I realised I was putting it in the coupon box and not the certificate box - isn't exactly that clearly marked.

here's what the email said "Be sure to enter the entire voucher code in the gift certificate redemption field and click redeem." after that you finish the order and pay, could be where people are going wrong. Rob

I have another problem with the voucher. I used it to buy one of the small items ay 4,17$ and everything went fine, except there was no download link, and the e-mails from daz didn't include the usual link either, yet the money have been deducted from the voucher, leaving ,83$ :o( I've e-mailed them but so far - 24 hours later - haven't heard from them yet :o| Anyone with THAT problem here?

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

The guys at DAZ are probably swamped... 20,000 credit card waving fiends are letting nothing stand between them and the server.... They've just extended the sale another week (my bet is that they really were being trampled). Even so, it will take a couple of days to catch up on email and iron out the snags. Carolly

Hey Everyone, We apologize for the hassle you have experienced. We are doing our best to help all of you. Thanks for your patience! After much discussion here at DAZ, we have decided to extend the 30% Store Sale for another week. It will now expire on July 1, 2002! With the extension, you should be able to get the $5 voucher from the DAZ survey and use it in conjunction with the sale. The sooner you fill out the survey, the sooner you get to spend that $5 at DAZ. Remember to download earlier rather than on the last day, so ensure that no problems will occur. If you continue to have problems please email sales@daz3d.com or tech@daz3d.com. Enjoy! AnneMarie DAZ
