Clint, almost all of the stuff sold in the marketplace is software related, and refunds are easy to handle. What happens if someone returns a print? If both Renderosity and the artist are responsible for the refund, how is the refund split between the artist and Renderosity? As there is a real product (a print) someone will have to cover the cost of printing a product that was returned. Or will you just hold the print until someone wants to buy it again?
