Actually, you don't even have to unzip the files on your PC. Stuffit Expander (free at http://www.alladinsys.com/, if it isn't already on your Mac) can open .zips. Just run the unzipped file through MacConverter (link attached to MartinC's site): drop the whole folder on it, and MacConverter will work its magic. Place the files where they go according to the ReadMe (it'll be the same across platforms) or if you're feeling lazy, you can use MartinC's MacInstaller, available at the same link and also free, which will do all the work for you. I'm not sure why you're getting the name of the stuff you're trying to load. Is there a picture of a 'shrugging guy'? PCs use the .rsr file to generate the thumbnail images. Macs don't use them, incorporating that data into the .pp2, .cr2, .whatever file. If you watch MacConverter work you'll see the .rsr files disappear. If you run a PC file through MacConverter without the .rsr, you won't get a thumbnail (just the Shrugging Guy) but the item is still there and should load. You can then resave it to the Library and Poser will make a new thumbnail. I hope that helps!
