doesnt look to bad to me. the only real thing that jumps out is where the ring connects to the blade at the top, it seems like the blade is wider than the top piece of the ring. If it were me, i would probably move that piece up a little so that the rings intersect it at the middle, and expand it past the width of the blade. It looks like the handle thins a little TOO much at the bottom also, trying to get your bottom two fingers to get a good grip on that would take a lot of hand strength, it would probably be knocked right out of your hand with a good side swing. Overall a good mesh, im interested to see how it looks texured. You should also render it from different angles so we can see the rest of the mesh.
