OK, did you buy it from DAZ, or from the Marketplace here? If from DAZ, you get a few minutes in which to download immediately, and they automatically send you an email with links to download it. You get 72 hours, I believe. Your order history also goes on record with them, if there are problems later. If from here, scroll down to the bottom when they confirm the purchase and there should be a link. You ought to have a couple of days to get your item. Also, you have a member page where you can see everything you have ever purchased from here, and I think you can download items later as well.
