I just checked the DAZ site. The Victoria 2 Morphing Clothing Pack apparently does not require that you posses Vicky 2 for it to work. So, based on DAZ's own statements, that clothing pack would allow someone to put the Vicky 2 catsuit on Vicky 1, and give her Vicky 2's morphs!
