This mobius effect was made in Paint Shop Pro 7 - done with two layers & an eraser. I had been trying to see if PSP could/would do an image gradient fill like Photoshop can, but it doesn't - well, in a way it does, but only with black and white bmp files. If anyone knows a work-around for it for PSP, I'd love to know where the tutoral is. :)
