Subject: Does 'E-on' NOT want any new customers... or what?

During the past week, I've sent 2 e-mails to "orders@e-onsoftware.com", about the cross-grade from Bryce 4 deal they have. (I have the original shipping invoice for it, but can't find the registration card.) If if they had told me that wasn't good enough for them, I would have probably gone ahead and paid full price for 'Vue'. Now... Since the don't seem to care enough to answer my questions, and get my money from me, I can only imagine how piss-poor their product support will be, cuz they have lost a potential customer.

Hi Norbert, e-onsoftware has changed lately their service. Possibly the mail address you used is not any more valid and possibly the automatic response to tell you that is not working. It is very easy to order your Bryce to Vue update, just go HERE, print the form and send t by mail to their Paris if you are in europe or to Beaverton if you are in the USA. (Or where are you?). e-on's support is great and we are here also to help wherever we can. Just be a little patient. Vue worth it. :-)Guitta

Ahhh... Beaverton, Or. eh? I just so happen to live there. Maybe I'll pay them a visit.

Vue support is superb. I had a problem when I first got Vue 4, which was eventually tracked down to a conflict with a program called Keyboard Express. Vue went to enormous trouble to try to work out what was going wrong, even sending me a second copy of the cds in case there was a corruption on the original ones. I must have monopolized their tech dept for a fortnight, before we eventually tracked the problem down to Keyboard Express. I uninstalled that and got Typeitin instead, and now everything is perfect. But Vue showed enormous patience and determination to try to solve the problem.
