"The mesh itself will not be considered public domain as it will be owned by the entire group that works on it, but it will be free from copyrights" Dude, you need to figure out your legalese. ;) Public domain means "free from copyrights", so you've totally contradicted yourself leaving it questionable whether you're retaining any rights at all. Perhaps you should consider an "open source" model for the licensing. I am concerned that you feel male and female figures can be reasonably created from the same mesh unless you plan on leaving out part of the man's anatomy and don't think attractive breasts are important. I think you should consider anatomically correct base male and base female meshs that include these features natively and have been pre-proportioned appropriately for their gender (shoulder to waist to hip). I don't think morphing alone is ever going to be able to produce acceptable results for these differences.
