It's not an issue of morphing alone. Think about the Poser man currently. His default mesh has no genitals. Using OBJ file swapping gives you this. With that idea, a males and females hip are slightly different from one another but not by to much, easy to morph from one to the other on a default non-genital hip mesh. Perhaps open source is what I mean here. Like I said I am still working on the terminology on it. And free from copyrights does not mean public domain. If someone tries to claim to work as thiers and sell it as such they can still be sued. If it were public domain then there would be no ownership at all to counter this. That is essentially what Open source does, so I should change that wording, probably this evening.
