Not to beat a dead horse, but I found one more resource that might be useful: https://models.tec.army.mil/models/home.html This is the 3D model library from the U.S. Army Topographical Engineering Center. "The 3-D Model Library contains Computer Aided Design (CAD) models of the U.S. and Foreign military equipment in flt, obj, dwb, dxf, iv, object, s1000 and vert/poly formats. " Ordinary folks like us can download about 400 models, people with closer government connections can download more. It appears that you have to have Netscape in order to log in to their site (using a guest userid/password), but even if you don't, it might be worth getting Netscape just to get access to the models. (BTW, you can get a list of the available models without logging in, so you can decide if it's worth your effort.) Lynn Grant Castle Development Group
