I suggest you look up public domain and you will find that it literally means "free of copyright". When something is free of copyright it means anyone can do anything they want with it, including sell it for profit, and there isn't anything you can do about it. You may want to post some queries in the copyright forum. Explain exactly what you want the restrictions and distribution to be and perhaps Jeny or Harbinger will point you toward an appropriate type of licensing for it. Someone quite a while back (can't remember who) asked some questions about an open source type license to use with store products. Search that forum for open source and you may find some relevant info.
