Well depends. are you looking to buy or for free? DAZ 3D has the mill baby and has a UltraBaby Set by Thorne which is cool. Come with the wings and props. I would surf the free stuff area here at Rosity. Also PoserWorld, which is a Paid site, has some neat stuff for the mill baby. I hardly ever used the P4 baby so i am not sure whats floating around out there. A lot of wings can be resized to work for either of the babies. The same with the props like flowers and stuff. A slew of great things in the freebies section.
