Mac user here: I've never had a problem decoding .pcf files with MartinC's free MacConverter. If that's what the new encoded file is, it should work fine on a Mac. I don't have Mike's Clothing Pack 2, or I'd check it for you... though maybe I'll have to get it now. That looks great.
