I did this in Carrara 1.1 so not sure if it would be different in V2 except the GI would help. This shader uses a blend of spots in a mixer to create "frosted" glass. You could probably also use noise instead but I don't recall seeing anybody doing this technique. It was a good question. This is one of those Chinese glass trinkets with hand-painted scene on the inside. Rather quick rendition, perhaps I'll finish it one of these days.
