Ron, I would love it if all clothing fit all characters all the time. Steph came with the Vic shaped body as an option so she would have something to wear. You don't have to use it; it just makes her more versatile.

I would think that with some work a lot of Vic clothing could be morphed for use with Steph in her own shape. Maybe Tailor could do it.

I don't think that there is any conspiracy on the part of clothing modelers. Vic spent a lot of time running around naked at first also, (heck, she still does). It took awhile before she had the huge wardrobe she has available today.
